Hays Travel have two homeworking packages available. Our Personal Travel Consultants generate all of their own sales leads and build up their customer database through networking and family and friends. Our Telesales Home Workers receive unlimited sales leads from various advertising mediums so whatever your preference we have something to offer.

Commission – As a Personal Travel Consultant you earn 60% of the profit from every booking you make. Telesales Homeworkers earn 30% of the profit from every booking they make. Not only that, but we pay your commission instantly*. There’s no need to wait until your client pays their balance – your commission will be paid the following month.

Whether you are a Personal Travel Consultant generating your own business, or a Telesales Homeworker where we provide your sales leads, you will receive personal one to one support. Our dedicated Homeworker Support team will get to know you as an individual and nothing is too much trouble for them. We have a dedicated Business Development team who will support you in getting your business off the ground and work with you to get the most out of each and every sale – we really are just at the end of the phone.
Training – We have an award-winning training centre at our Head Office in Sunderland. When you join, you’ll attend a
comprehensive four day induction.

Business Development Manager
Each and every summer, the staff of Hays Travel descend upon John Hays’ home for the ‘Garden Party’. It is an opportunity for everyone to socialise and have a good time, whilst enjoying food and refreshments in the sunshine.
Every year we hold a Conference, which enables Home-workers to get together with Head Office staff, to sit in on business sessions, share ideas, meet suppliers, and hear company plans for the coming year.
Our Christmas Party is a talking point for many months, before and after the event. Outfits are planned long in advance, and the night’s always a knees-up to be proud of. There’s dinner and dancing, as well as an awards ceremony to recognise everyone’s hard work during the year.
On Tuesday 21st April, Hays Travel hosted it’s 2015 Spring Conference at the Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club in Birmingham.
It’s 7th consecutive year at the venue, the conference, which was centered around ‘being different’, was attended by the company’s Personal Travel Consultants, head office staff and suppliers.
The Conference celebrated the 35th anniversary of Hays Travel.
In November 2015 our Personal Travel Consultants joined the Independence Group Members at our annual overseas conference at the Tivoli Hotel, Vilamoura.
The theme of the conference was social media and we saw guest speakers talk about how social media has helped to shape their businesses.
